About Us

  • Chef Pascal Poilbout comes from the small medieval village "Brehand" in Bretagne, France.
  • He has a Certificate in French Cuisine and to further his passion of the culinary arts, he expanded his knowledge to become a Crepes Master. Pascal and his family relocated to Canada in 2008 bringing his culinary talent to Toronto and the surrounding area.
  • Chef Pascal is now focused on catering services to make your event a success.
  • From a business lunch for a company or a school board to a private party, wedding or birthday, La Brehandaise Catering serves clients with professionalism in a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Pascal is also joined by his brother Martial (a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière in Dinard, France) who has international experience as a Chef.
 
 

Vision

Our vision is to serve our customers simple yet delicious dishes that have " taste before everything" at reasonable costs. All dishes are prepared and cooked on the spot with fresh natural ingredients of the highest quality.
Our specialties are crepes, both savoury buckwheat & sweet crepes as well as "Petits choux Pastries". Our cuisine is widely inspired by the French style but we can accommodate any international cuisine to meet your expectations and make your event a culinary sensation.
